ROCAF Chief Gen. Cheng inspected forces in eastern Taiwan ahead of the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, reviewing combat readiness, training, and the daily lives of service members. In addition, Gen. Cheng provided guidance on discipline and mission execution, with the aim of enhancing each unit’s combat capabilities.
During the inspection, Gen. Cheng reminded commanders at all levels to strengthen internal management, enforce discipline and implement risk prevention measures. He also emphasized the importance of raising fraud awareness and improving troop welfare to foster a positive environment. Lastly, Gen. Cheng expressed his hope that all service members would continue to hone their skills and remain dedicated to their duties, thereby safeguarding national security.
