To commemorate the heroes who gave their lives in the line of duty, the Air Force Command Headquarters held the 2025 ROCAF Memorial Ceremony at the Air Force Cemetery in Bitan yesterday. ROCAF Chief Gen Cheng led the ceremony and was accompanied by Political Warfare Director Lt. Gen. Dong and others in paying their respects to the fallen.
During the ceremony, Gen. Cheng offered incense and flowers before reading out a eulogy and honoring the fallen. The ceremony was carried out in a solemn and dignified manner. Gen. Cheng proceeded to express his condolences to each of the fallen’s family members, thanking their loved ones for their sacrifice and affirming that the military would never forget their deeds.
Gen. Cheng noted that these brave service members gave their lives in times of national crises, thereby ensuring the nation’s stability and development. Gen. Cheng encouraged all service members to remember their deeds and to honor their legacy of loyalty and courage by defending the nation with unwavering loyalty.
