ROCAF Chief Gen. Cheng recently visited exercise units in northern Taiwan to inspect their readiness and response capabilities, both of which are crucial for enhancing air defense resilience amid the current complex and dire grey zone incursions.
Gen. Cheng highlighted the importance of operational security during exercises, noting that certain hostile actors may attempt to gather sensitive information, and urged them to strengthen the protection of military secrets. Furthermore, Gen. Cheng kindly reminded all service members to keep warm and safe during the recent cold weather, noting that only when one is sound in both body and mind can they properly bear the responsibility of defending the nation and its skies.
